By contacting or arranging a meeting with Emma Yasmine, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Age Requirement
All enquiries and meetings are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By contacting me, you confirm that you are legally an adult.
Enquiries & Reservations
Please provide accurate information when making an enquiry, including your preferred date, location and duration.
A reservation is only considered confirmed once all requested information has been provided, screening has been completed where applicable, and the agreed deposit has been received.
I reserve the right to decline any enquiry or reservation without providing a reason.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Where possible, a deposit may be transferred once to another mutually agreed date, provided sufficient notice is given.
If I need to cancel the appointment myself, the deposit will of course be returned or transferred to another date according to your preference.
Cancellations & Changes
I understand that plans can change. I simply ask for clear and timely communication.
Late cancellations, significant changes to the agreed arrangements or failure to attend may result in the loss of the deposit.
Any change to the duration, location or nature of the agreed meeting should always be discussed and confirmed beforehand.
Travel
For meetings requiring travel, all arrangements are agreed in advance.
Additional expenses such as transportation, accommodation or other reasonable travel-related costs may apply and will always be discussed before the reservation is confirmed.
Respect & Boundaries
Mutual respect is essential at all times.
Personal boundaries and previously agreed arrangements must be respected. Consent is continuous and may be withdrawn at any moment by either person.
Any behaviour that feels disrespectful, unsafe, aggressive, coercive or significantly different from what was agreed may result in the meeting ending immediately.
Hygiene & Conduct
Good personal hygiene and respectful behaviour are expected.
Being under the excessive influence of alcohol or recreational substances may result in a meeting being refused or ended if this affects safety, comfort or consent.
Privacy & Discretion
Discretion is extremely important to me and I offer the same privacy that I expect in return.
Personal information, private communication, photographs or details about our meeting may not be shared, published or recorded without explicit permission.
Photography, audio recording or video recording during a meeting is not permitted unless specifically agreed beforehand.
Screening & Safety
For safety and discretion, I may request verification before accepting a reservation.
Information supplied for screening purposes will only be used to assess and arrange the requested meeting and should be accurate.

I make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. Availability, rates and other details may change at any time.
Information on this website does not constitute a guaranteed reservation or agreement until arrangements have been personally confirmed.
Acceptance
By submitting an enquiry or confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
These terms may be updated when necessary.
